Availability
Any individual, regardless of age, with or without dental insurance coverage, can enroll in the Ardent Dental Savings Program and enjoy the savings that this program offers. The program annual cost of $28.00 (member only) or $46.00 (member & family) covers the Member and all eligible dependents for one full year. Eligible dependents include spouse and children up to the age of 21 (or 25 if full time students).
The
Ardent Dental Savings Program is offered and available to you in the following
states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida,
Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland,
Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania,
Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia & Wisconsin.
Other states have developing networks.
Check

the availability of the DNoA Select providers in your state if your state
is not listed above. (The Ardent Dental Savings Program is not available in
The Ardent Dental Savings Program is also available and can be offered or sold directly to groups, associations, fraternal organizations, unions…and any other kind of organization that is willing to sponsor and/or offer this program. The Ardent Dental Savings Program is an excellent ‘value added’ benefit to existing health or dental programs.
Some clients offer the program on a optional, payroll deducted basis.
We will also gladly work with brokers, insurance agents, and marketing distributors to make this program available to them for marketing to their clients.
