Any individual can join the Ardent Dental Savings Program and enjoy the savings that this program offers. The program annual cost of $28.00 (member only) or $46.00 (member & family) covers the Member and all family members for one full year. Eligible family members includes spouse and children up to the age of 21 (or 25 if full time students).

The Ardent Dental Savings Plan is offered and available to you in many states with developing networks in other states. The Ardent Dental Savings Program is offered and available to you in all States, but Florida, Montana, Vermont, Nevada, California and South Dakota.

The Ardent Dental Savings Program is also available and can be offered or sold directly to groups, associations, fraternal organizations, unions.and any other kind of organization that is willing to sponsor and/or offer this program. The Ardent Dental Savings Program is an excellent 'value added' plan to existing health or dental programs.

Some clients offer the program on a optional, payroll deducted basis.

We will also gladly work with brokers, insurance agents, and marketing distributors to make this program available to them for marketing to their clients.

The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. Plan members are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount medical plan organization. Before purchase, you may access a list of participating health care providers at this website. Upon request the plan will make available a written list of participating health care providers. You have the right to cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5).
