Dental Fee Schedule
Providers participating in the DNoA Select program agree to a fee schedule for services provided which provides for average discounts of 10% to 40% off of their customary fees. Examples are as follows for a family of four that includes two adults and two children, with two visits a year for each.

Nationally, the average person (including children) spends $350 annually on 1.7 dental visits.
By
contract, between DNoA Select (Dental Network of America, Inc.) and the
provider, the participating dentist will provide the dental services for
the lesser of: 90% of the dentist’s usual and customary charge, or the
fees provided to them by DNoA without regard to the member’s insurance
coverage or lack thereof.
This
means that an individual can also have an insured individual or group
dental program and still take advantage of the savings offered by the
Ardent Dental Savings Program.
